Our Graviera is produced from a combination of sheep’s and goat’s milk, just like our other cheeses. It matures for a few months in our underground cellar and its taste is slightly fatty, buttery. That’s a cheese tha ressembles the french “Gruyere” which is equally delicious raw or melted!
Graviera is available on the market in 20 kg “heads” (big round format) or in 500 gram pieces.
